Documents Required:

• PAN card of the proprietor

• Aadhar card of the proprietor

• Passport-size photograph

• Address proof of business (any one of the following):

  • Electricity bill

  • Rent agreement + NOC (if rented)

  • Ownership document (if owned)

• Bank account proof (any one):

  • Cancelled cheque

  • Bank statement

  • Passbook front page

🔹 2. Partnership Firm / LLP

Documents Required:

• PAN card of the partnership firm

• Partnership deed

• PAN and Aadhar of all partners

• Passport-size photographs of partners

• Address proof of business premises

• Bank account proof

• Authorization letter for one partner to sign on behalf of the firm

🔹 3. Private Limited Company / OPC / Public Limited Company

Documents Required:

• PAN card of the company

• Certificate of Incorporation

• Memorandum & Articles of Association (MOA/AOA)

• PAN and Aadhar of all directors

• Passport-size photographs of directors

• Resolution letter for authorized signatory

• Address proof of principal place of business

• Bank account proof

🔹 4. HUF (Hindu Undivided Family)

Documents Required:

• PAN of HUF

• PAN and Aadhar of Karta (head of family)

• Photograph of Karta

• Address proof of business

• Bank details

🔹 5. Other Important Notes:

• Digital Signature (DSC) is required for companies and LLPs.

• Mobile number and email ID of the primary authorized signatory (will be used for OTPs).

• In case of multiple places of business, additional proof for each location.
